Our seeds for kids are specially developed for 4-10 year olds, these children’s seed packs are highly educational, and have been designed to link closely with Key Stage 1 of the National Curriculum.

Growing seeds with children is a fantastic way to show children where their food comes from and can be a great way to introduce vegetables to fussy eaters. As it’s very likely they will want to eat what they have grown themselves!

Suttons quick-growing seeds for kids will spark their interest in flowers and growing vegetables, one of the most fun flowers to grow is the Gaint Grower Sunflower, there are lots of interesting flowers for children to grow in our range, so you can find the perfect flower for your kids to grow.

There’s also a character on each seed packet which resembles what they can grow, and some even include stickers to make them look even more like them! The packs may also include goodies specific to each seed, such as a tape measure in the sunflower pack, or a magnifying glass to study bugs in the calendula pack!

Whatever the time of year, indoor or outdoors, there’s always something in the range you can grow.

What are the best seeds to grow in a classroom?
