    • Peruvian Black Mint is perfect if you don't like the taste of coriander, and it can be used in the same way. Tasting like zesty citrus, cooling peppermint and fruity pineapple. Dishes such as homemade condiments, stews, soups and summer salads can be brought to life with its punchy and fresh, clean taste. Also, when these very aromatic leaves are ground into a paste they can be used to flavour many Peruvian and Western dishes.
