Scabiosa Blue Note - A compact front of border perennial producing a profusion of lovely bright blue pin-cushion flowers with frilly edge of the same colouron short stems over a long period. Flowers June-October. Height 20-30cm (8-12"). Front of border variety.
Delphinium Summer Cloud - The long flowering season of this variety, which is different from traditional delphiniums in that it is much more compact and produces sprays of electric blue flowers with a white centre helps to make it extra special. Flowers June-October. Height 21-30cm.
Polemonium Purple Rain Strain - An attractive form with deep purple (and at times almost black) fern-like foliageand strong,upright stems of single, soft blue flowers which appear like phlox during late spring. Flowers May-June. Height 50-60cm (20-24"); spread 30-40cm (12-16").
Delphinium Summer Stars - Very different from the traditional delphiniums in that it is much more compact and produces sprays of intense blue flowers with a deep blue centre throughout summer. Great for the border in containers and the vase. Flowers June-October. Height 21-30cm.
Campanula Blue Magic - This showy dwarf variety will produce a spreading mound which will be covered in light blue upright bell-shaped flowers in early summer, above a mat of small lobed green leaves. Can be used as almost a ground covering perennial or at the front of a border for bold blue displays that will certainly catch the eye. Flowers June-September. Height up to 10cm (4"); spread 30cm (12").
Verbena Bonariensis - A profusion of tall, wiry stems carrying tufts of tiny flowers that bring a soft and airy feel to your displays every summer. Flowers June-November. Will flower up to first frosts! Height 100cm (40"). Back of border variety.
Achillea Millefolium Summer Pastels - Large heads of tightly packed flowers are produced above the aromatic foliage to produce an explosion of colour in late summer of different colours to produce a magnificent display.
Salvia New Dimensions Blue - A compact form which produces a rich display of violet-blue flower spikes produced in great profusion from early summer, will create a bold display of colour above the aromatic foliage. If cut back after flowering in mid summer, a second flush of flowers will also help to create colour in the garden when many other plants are starting to fade.
Sweet William/Dianthus Barbarini Red Picotee - Beautiful large showy clusters of flowers on this true cottage garden favourite are fragrant and pure white with a highly attractive cherry red centre to each petal. This new strain has been developed to produce these gorgeous flowers right from the first year which has been a slight drawback with many previous varieties. A compact form that will look lovely towards the front of a border or in a patio container for summer colour. Flowers May-August. Height 10-20cm (4-8"); spread 20-30cm (8.12").
