Cosmos Seeds - Tango are truly a beautiful variety of cosmos. Cosmos are a favourite amongst gardeners with delightful, daisy like flowers and feathery foliage adding a much needed boost of texture, movement and vibrant colours to your flower beds and flower borders. The vibrant colour of the Cosmos Seeds - Tango will really stand out above the rest. Bright orange colours with paler streaks along the petals will most definitely catch your eye.
Not only are plants drought tolerant, but they will happily grow in poor soil too, making them easy to grow and easy to care for. Semi-double flowers are loved by butterflies, bees and other pollinators. Growing to around 120cm, the Cosmos Seeds - Tango are perfect for container and patio pot displays, gently swaying in the wind, these tall flowers will create beautiful flower displays all round your garden. Flowers July -September. Height 101 -150cm (40 -59"); spread 91 -100cm (36 -40").

Sow about 6mm (¼") deep direct into moist, warm soil. Germination usually 5-10 days. Thin seedlings out in stages to achieve a final spacing of 30cm (12"). For earlier flowering sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approximately 18–21°C (65–70°F) using a quality moist compost. Cover the seeds with 6mm (¼") sieved compost. Transfer into further trays and grow on. Acclimatise plants to outside conditions before planting out.
