Rating:
I have grown these in central London for the past ten years and am so pleased that Suttons has reinstated this variety to their seeds list. Their impact is stunning throughout the season. Easy to propagate with a bit of bottom heat from Feb-March and the thrive equally well in pots as well as the border.. Often single flower stems will stay in flower for months regardless of the London heat or rain. They are still brightening my garden in profusion today in early October. One of my all time favourites

These plants are stunning for late season colour & our family & friends have commented on them when they visit. They are still flowering in our garden now and it is December next week! (although we do live in Cornwall & are yet to have a hard frost).

I have grown these the last 2 years from seed. They flower for ages, cope with pretty aweful soil and some of last year's plants came back bigger and better this year. Really pleased and will be planting them again next year.
