Despatch Information

Please note: We've made some changes and improvements about how we present product despatch date information.

  • For the most up to date product despatch information please check individual products by using the site search box above for convenience.
  • If you've already placed an order despatch information can be found inside My Account > View My Orders.

Also note:

  • Our plants are grown to the highest quality standards and will only be despatched once they have reached the optimum stage to cope with both the postal system and to ensure they grow on well for you, our loyal customers. This does mean that on occasion, there will be unavoidable delays and will be shown within My Account > View My Orders.
  • To meet increasing demands our most popular plants are grown in a series of batches with different despatch dates. These current despatching dates are shown within the product page(s) and when you order. The earlier an order is placed the earlier you will receive your plant(s).
  • If you're likely to be away from home when your plants are due to be delivered please contact us with an alternative delivery address ideally giving at least 5-days notice. Regrettably, we are unable to hold or delay orders.
  • Your order(s) can be tracked online within My Account.
