Pea Ambassador Seeds

Grows well and has resistance to disease.
Ideal for use fresh or frozen, this 'Onward' type variety is high in Vitamin C and tastes delicious! Vigorous, with a high level of disease resistance (eg Powdery Mildew, Fusarium, etc.). RHS 'Award of Garden Merit' winner. Height 70cm (28"). Second-Early/Maincrop Variety.

CULTURE: W = Wrinkled. Can be sown in succession from March to June.
Allow 60-120cm (2-4') between rows according to the height of the variety. General sowing and cultural instructions are given on all our packets. Most varieties freeze well, but some are especially suitable. (12-14 weeks maturity.)
HINTS: Recommended for freezing. HEALTH BENEFITS: Good source of vitamin B1 and folic acid. CULINARY TIPS: Steam gently to retain nutrient values. Can also be eaten raw. Recently voted No. 1 for taste by kids!
