A visual feast of purple skin and yellow flesh. It produces excellent yields and the taste is outstanding. Some Powdery Mildew resistance.

CULTURE: To avoid foliage mildew sow early May in North and late May in South (20-24 weeks maturity).
HINTS: Recommended for freezing. Very hardy roots, useful in winter. HEALTH BENEFITS: Good source of vitamin C, Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium.
