Culture: Sow May-July outdoors. For Turnip tops - sow in August, scattering seed thinly and evenly on prepared soil. Rake in lightly. (6-10 weeks maturity.)

Hints: Suitable for organic growing. HEALTH BENEFIT: Both roots and green tops are high in vitamin C and fibre. CULINARY TIPS: Turnips retain their nutrients well when cooked.
