Culture: For early crops sow March-early April. For use in summer and autumn make successional sowings from late April to July. Store roots in dry sand, soil, or peat for winter use. (12-16 weeks maturity.)

Hints: Suitable for organic growing. Recommended for freezing. Twist off foliage when picking, as cutting will make stems bleed sap.HEALTH BENEFITS: Roots rich in potassium and folate plus some vitamin C, and known to improve the improve the immune system.
