The currants themselves are large and fleshy with smaller seeds, and a delicious flavour - a delight for summer desserts & jams! Plants are upright in habit and show strong disease resistance. Ready to pick from early July. Supplied in a 13cm pot.
Lubera is a Swiss nursery owned by Markus Kobeit and his wife Magda. The couple have developed the company into what it is today, but it is a business that is definitely in Markus' blood - his great grandfather placed his first advertisement for trees in a newspaper in 1889, and three generations have been involved in it since!
