The Suttons Strawberry Stack-a-Tub is about the most compact, productive way to grow strawberries there is. And it avoids the one major problem with most strawberry pots: drying out.
Strawberries cannot live without water so the Stack-a-Tub has a built-in one litre reservoir on each of its three levels. And the ingenious design means that one filling from the top fills all three reservoirs so your strawberries have a much lower chance of drying out!
Made from robust terracotta-coloured polypropylene, the Stack-a-Tub is a great way to produce a lot of strawberries in a very small space and works well on the patio or in a conservatory. Also, we have selected a special variety of strawberry: 10 healthy plants of 'Flamenco' which will provide you with a steady supply of large, bright red, deliciously flavoursome fruit right through the summer. All you need to do is stack the three tiers, fill with a good compost (not supplied) and plant it up with your 10 plants. Each Stack-a-Tub can yield up to 10lbs of strawberries in a season. Plants and planter will be together in one parcel, complete with full growing instructions. Height 67cm (26") x 51cm (20") wide approximately.
