This intriguing FlowerSprout™ variety is very hardy, standing happily in the garden throughout winter. The purple and green 'buttons' are loose and frilly, with a delicious flavour that is more akin to spring greens than brussels sprouts. Rich in vitamins A, C, K and folate, they're ideal for stir-fries, steamed or microwaved!
