Ideal for lunch boxes An early hybrid of medium vigour with very little side branching, for greenhouse or sheltered spot outdoors. All female flowering enables multiple flower set and fruits per node. The 8-10cm (3-4") long fruit are mid-green, smooth, firm, crisp and exceptionally fine tasting. Sets well even in cooler conditions. Mini cucumbers. Culture: Sow singly in pots February-May. Germinate at 15°C (60°F) for non-hybrids. F1 hybrids can be temperature sensitive, and we recommend temperatures of 25°C (78°F) day and 20°C (68°F) night for optimum germination. (20 weeks maturity). Varieties with Powdery Mildew resistance should not be sown before the beginning of March.
