A cabbage that stands out from the crowd! This superb variety has the look, feel and flavour of green pointed cabbage but its red colour provides visual impact when shredded in a mixed salad or used in other dishes. Summer/autumn maturing. Culture: Careful selection of varieties will ensure a good supply of different types of cabbages for all seasons of the year. For early crops sow under glass at 10-15°C (50-60°F) in February. For use in late summer, autumn and winter sow March-May outdoors. For use April-May choose varieties bred specifically for sowing in autumn.
