W = Wrinkled seed. Sow in succession March-June. Allow 60-120cm (2-4') between rows.

Sow thinly direct into soil prepared by digging and raking at a depth of 50mm (2”) in flat drills 15cm (6”) wide in two rows with seed approximately 5cm (2”) apart. Allow 60cm (24”) between further rows. Germination 7-10 days. Support plants with twiggy sticks or pea netting. Grows best in a sunny position in well cultivated soil containing plenty of well rotted manure or compost. Water well during dry weather to aid flower setting and pea formation. Sowing to Cropping: 12-16 weeks.

Ideal for beds and borders. Prefers full sun but grows well in sun or shade.
