Cucumber Seeds - F1 Baby

Cucumis sativus
1 Review(s) with an average rating of:
5.0

Aptly named, this mini ‘cuc’ is one of the sweetest we have ever found on our trials. Harvest this little beauty from 7.5cm (3”) up to 15cm (6”) in length. Very prolific and has resistance to powdery mildew disease. This greenhouse/outdoor variety is a good source of vitamin A, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese, and a very good source of vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium. Harvest July-September.

Tom says: The perfect snacking cucumber, the flavour of this mini cucumber when eaten straight from the plant is so far from the flavourless green batons you find in a supermarket. Ideal for lunch boxes, snacking with dips or eating straight from the plant.

Rating:
I've been most impressed with Cucumber F1 Baby which I've tried this year. The plants have grown very well and have cropped so prolifically that we haven't been able to eat most of the cucumbers whilst they were small. This hasn't been a problem because even when much larger, the cucumbers taste very good. I’d definitely recommend this variety.
