Thin the resulting seedlings to 5-7.5cm (2-3”) between plants. Grows best in soil that has not been manured recently. When harvesting remove the tops by twisting off. Sowing to Cropping: 10 - 12 weeks.

Ideal for beds and borders. HEALTH BENEFITS: Rich in potassium and folate plus some vitamin C. CULINARY TIPS: Tops of young roots can be used as spinach.
