Rumour has it that this tasty little number was Queen Victoria’s favourite fruit!
Origin: Chile. Chilean Guavas look like blueberries and taste like wild strawberries. A firm favourite amongst the Suttons family, they are absolutely delicious – we can see why HRH was so fond of them. This new variety ‘KA-POW’ is British bred, and named by James himself. Harvest from mid summer. Hardy down to -10°C. Latin Name: Myrtus ugni. Height 3m (10') but can be trimmed. Supplied in 9cm pots.
James says - 'They even come with sweetly scented, powder pink lily-of-the-valley type flowers; they're such a wonderful addition to any garden and one definitely not to be missed!
