- These shaggy tufts of wispy leaves are massive in Japan, where they are known as okahijiki. On the other side of the world, under the name of agretti. They are a regional delicacy in Italy.
- Easy to grow plants that respond well to repeated clipping.
- Sow April-July or September-October. Harvest May-December.
The curious charm of land seaweed has remained, until very recently, well-kept secret from the rest of the world. Height 21-30cm.
