Vegetable Plants - Autumn Brassica Collection

This collection contains a selection of 138 plants which will produce a variety of tasty and colourful veg.

Cabbage Mozart, Rodeo, Sarmarsh - Three superb cultivars to provide good crops of delicious, nutritious, dense rounded heads over a long period. Pick from July to January. 21 Super Plugs (7 of each variety).
Savoy Cabbage Jaspis, Traviata, Parese - A selection of three superb Savoy cabbages to provide you with compact, round, dark green heads, all with excellent flavour, good frost tolerance and high disease tolerance. Height 30cm (12"). Spread: 60cm (24"). 21 Super Plugs (7 of each variety).
Cauliflower Diwan, Jubarte, Brick - Three excellent autumn/winter heading cultivars producing deep, pure white curds of uniform florets with an excellent flavour, their self-wrapping leaves helping to protect the curds from excessive sunlight and frosts. Height: 45cm (18"). Spread: 60cm (24"). 21 Super Plugs (7 of each variety).
Cauliflower Gitano, Lazio, Colloseo - A superb alternative to standard white cauliflowers, with attractive, architectural, lime-green florets. The tasty heads measure 15-23cm (6-9") across, and mature in autumn (use fleece to extend the season). Three varieties which will give continuity through October, November and early December. 21 Super Plugs (7 of each variety).
Kale - To provide you with delicious, nutritious "leafy" pickings from late autumn to early winter. The plants are extremely reliable and will withstand the most adverse weather conditions. Varieties: Black Magic - A newish variety of the Italian black cabbage, bred to perform better in our climate, with improved cold tolerance, colour, leaf shape and bolt resistance than current Italian varieties. Good cut-and-come-again crop. F1 Reflex - A dark-leaved, intensely-curled, fully winter hardy variety which stands well without yellowing and can be picked in summer as tasty ‘baby’ leaves. Red Russian - Produces good crops of delicious grey-green leaves, almost like giant oak leaves. As the weather gets colder, the leaves take on a red tinge and the flavour sweetens. In fact the 60-90cm high plants are so attractive that you could even grow them in the flower garden. 21 Super Plugs (7 of each variety).
Broccoli Rudolph, Red Spear, Cardinal - One of the hardiest crops, withstanding winter temperatures down to -12°C (10°F). These three first-class varieties will provide you with tasty pickings November-March. Height 90cm (36"). Spread 60cm (24"). 21 Super Plugs (7 of each variety).
Brussels Sprout Bedford Winter Harvest - Dark green medium-sized sprouts from November to February. Strong and very hardy plants. 12 Super Plugs.
