Grafted Tomato Plants - F1 Aviditas

4 Review(s) with an average rating of:
5.0

A delectable mini plum variety, producing an abundance of fruit which can be harvested loose or as a full truss. The fruit average 15-20 grams and are very sweet, with good cracking tolerance.

  • Grafted for up to 75% more yield and increased disease resistance

Cordon variety - one stem grown by pinching off side-shoots as they appear, needs staking and tying in.

Please note: There is a possibility that your plant will include a grafting clip, if it does, this is an integral part of the grafting process and that it should be left in place. As the plant grows it will naturally shrug off the clip.

Grew 5 varieties this year and Aviditas was best. Firm, slightly sharp and fine flavour. Skin slightly thick on earliest fruits. A definite for next year.

My plant grew to over seven feet along the top of my greenhouse. Had enough tomatoes for two people over summer, great taste. Planted in a pot with the bottom cut out standing over a grow bag. very good with no disease or losses. Would recommend as a good early cropper with little ground space.
