With our 12 healthy Lucy plants, and a multi-pocket planter bag to grow them in, you can look forward to a tasty harvest from mid June and continuing through to mid July. The planter is made from tough woven polyethylene, has 8 side pockets to plant into (plus 4 plants in the top) and measures 35cm (14") diameter x 45cm (18") high.
Strawberry Lucy - An outstanding, weather-tolerant main crop strawberry, Lucy is a British-bred variety that is particularly tolerant of heavy rain! The plants develop extensive root systems, and produce heavy crops of large, attractive, glossy red berries that taste absolutely divine! Specially raised so that fruit will be produced approximately 60 days after planting in the first year (mid June-mid July in subsequent years.
