Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approximately 18-21ºC (65-70ºF) using a good quality moist compost. Cover the seeds with 6mm (¼") sieved compost (germination 5-10 days). Transplant seedlings into a seed tray and grow on. Acclimatise plants gradually before planting out 40cm (16") apart in an open sunny position. Sow February-March under glass for flowers July-September, or March-May outdoors for late summer flowering.

Ideal for beds and borders, patio pots and containers. Prefers full sun.
