Sow mid March-June direct into finely raked, moist, warm soil where the plants are to flower at a depth of 6mm (¼") covering the seed lightly with soil. Germination 10-14 days. Thin the seedlings in stages to a final spacing of 15cm (6") apart removing any weeds at the same time. Choose a sunny position. Alternatively sow in September and protect with cloches in winter for early flowering next year.

Ideal for beds and borders, patio pots and containers, hanging baskets, rockeries. Attractive to butterflies and bees. Grows well in sun or shade. Sow weekly throughout sowing period to increase flowering period.
